REGIONAL MANAGERS:

As a regional manager your responsibilities include the supervision of multiple stores within territorial boundaries. Troubleshoot, identify, evaluate and correct any and all issues or situations that may arise within your territorial boundaries. You will also be required to help the store staff reach the store`s full potential.

Salary is based upon individual store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Store Inspections
• Training of personnel
• Sales building for our company and franchise store teams
• Approve all new hires and internal promotions at the store level
• Evaluate customer feedback
• Analyze market and business demands
• Administer store operational consistency and insure compliance with Tire Warehouse standards and strategies for success

STORE MANAGER:

A store manager position is a great place to build a rewarding career Tire Warehouse Inc. You would be responsible for hiring, coaching, leading, training and supervising of all store personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with your customers.

Salary is based upon individual store performance. Currently Managers within the organization earn over $120,000 annually, based on their store performance.

Tire Warehouse employees are expected to utilize our self-paced video training modules, Manufacture`s Enrollment, MAST certification, Yokohama Training Module, Tire Warehouse Certifications and numerous industry related certifications.

We offer several levels of training:
