Employees, officers and directors of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, its sponsors, its parent companies, independently owned and operated participating retailers, consultants, contractors, legal, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins on June 25, 2007 and on-line entries must be received by July 1, 2007. To enter, you must complete the on-line entry form. Tire Warehouse is not responsible for lost, late or stolen entries. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. You must complete all required information to be eligible to enter and win said prize. Incomplete, misspelled, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed by Sweepstakes Entities for lost, incomplete, stolen, late, misdirected entries. All entries become the property of Tire Warehouse when submitted. DRAWING: Drawing will be held on or about July 2, 2007. Winner will be notified by phone. Flights are only available during the time period identified below. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for undeliverable or returned prize notifications, or for unreturned prize notification calls. Tire Warehouse and Goodyear Tire are not responsible for cancelled flights due to weather, mechanical situations, or other unforeseen problems that may require cancellation of the Blimp Ride. Other limitations or restrictions may apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. PRIZE: Winner to receive a Blimp Ride Certificate good for a two (2) person ride originating from Plymouth Municipal Airport, Plymouth, MA. Blimp rides will take place July 5, 2007. Blimp rides are subject to weather, security, safety or other factors that may cause Goodyear in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine that the Blimp should not fly. Winner agrees to all other terms and conditions that may appear on the Blimp Certificate. Any and all applicable local, state, and federal taxes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of winners, including transportation to and from Plymouth Municipal Airport. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash and must be accepted as awarded. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LICENSING: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Goodyear or its designees, which are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By participating in this contest, participants agree that Goodyear and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, their advertising or promotion agencies, Tire warehouse, and legal counsel will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, entry or participation in this SWEEPSTAKES including riding in the Goodyear airship, related activity, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or terrorism.
