1. The
following sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents 18 and older, except
employees of Tire Warehouse, their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, prize
manufacturers and suppliers, their advertising or promotional agents, and the
immediate families (parent, child, or sibling) or household members of any of
the above. A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or
about August 31, 2006, and will be notified via email by Tire Warehouse by
September 8, 2006. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes
begins June 28, 2006. All online entries must be received by August 31, 2006.
2. To
enter this on-line promotion, go to tirewarehouse.net you must include your
name, address, and daytime phone number. One person will win a $500 gift card,
from one of the stated businesses. Total retail value: $500.00. Prize may not be
exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
3. One
entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated,
misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries. All Web entrants must have a valid
e-mail address. With respect to computer entries: Sponsor is not responsible for
computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or
other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network
connections, whether human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right,
at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should causes
beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or
proper play of sweepstakes.

event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic
entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the
e-mail account is registered. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage
any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the sweepstakes is a
violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made,
the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the
fullest extent permitted by law.

Entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the
Sponsor, which are final.
5. Any
taxes on any prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner
may be asked to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days
of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. If a winner is
unreachable or does not reply to prize notification within seven days, is
ineligible, or fails to return the completed and executed affidavit within the
required time, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner who
will be selected at random. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name,
likeness, and city and state of residence for the purpose of trade, publicity,
or promotions (in-print and online) for no additional compensation except where
prohibited by law.
